Coalitions

Athens County Habitat for Humanity is proud of the hardwork from our coalitions.  Our coalitions, in addition to supporting the affiliate, sponsor homes and contribute to the elimination of sub-standard housing in Athens County.

Women Raise The Roof

WRTR is a Habitat for Humanity (HFH) campaign which provides an environment where women can comfortably learn building skills they might not otherwise have the opportunity to acquire.

Faith Build Coalition

The Faith Build Coalition is made up of people from a group of Athens area congregations whose members put their faith into action by raising funds and then building Habitat for Humanity homes for, and with, partner families in Athens County.

Ohio University Chapter

The Ohio University Student Chapter of Habitat for Humanity is the student-lead component of the Ohio University Coalition.  As a service organization at Ohio University and as a representative of Habitat for Humanity, the student chapter works to involve Ohio University students in community service to reduce poverty.  Students of all backgrounds, races and religions are welcome to join in this effort.
